    Police are looking into a suspicious fire at Victoria University more than a week ago


    . The blaze at a university building on Kelburn Parade reportedly began about 3am on October 1 - with significant damage to the ground and second floors.

    A vehicle was seen stopped nearby, and a motorbike seen leaving the area.

    Acting Detective Senior Sergeant Richard Orr says they would like to hear from anyone with any information.
