    ACC is being told it needs to urgently change how it operates..


    It's been sent an open letter from the Green party and 27 other organisations.

    It cites major privacy breaches...massive work loads and long standing client battles.

    Victims' advocate Ruth Money says until now concerns have fallen on deaf ears.

    She says when they challenge Minister Carmel Sepuloni or management over the issues they either minimise them or deny they exist.
