Team New Zealand boss Grant Dalton continues to tempt Auckland with the prospect of remaining as the host of the next America's Cup

Team New Zealand boss Grant Dalton continues to tempt Auckland with the prospect of remaining as the host of the next America's Cup

The protocol released this morning has set a January to September 2024 window for the next regatta to keep the southern and northern hemispheres appeased for now.

The original September deadline for choosing a venue has been pushed out to March 31 next year.

Dalton says there are four possibilities.

Negotiations are also underway to retain Peter Burling and Blair Tuke who are off contract next month.
