There's a sense of relief among the White Ferns with captain Sophie Devine returning to New Zealand next week ahead of a big summer of cricket

Devine took the gamble of heading to Australia for the Big Bash with no guarantee of getting back in the country.

She's since locked in a managed isolation spot for after her campaign with the Perth Scorchers.

Devine's international deputy Amy Satterthwaite is stoked to have some certainty.

The Women's World Cup is 99 days away, with the White Ferns facing a yet-to-be-determined qualifier in Mount Maunganui.
