    The Kiwis hooker gave a blow-by-blow account of his meetings with the Roosters and coach Trent Robinson on the YKTR podcast.

    Smith praised the Roosters and club hierarchy during the interview, which the Sydney Morning Herald reports has left the Storm's top brass livid given Smith still has a year to run on his current deal there.

    Smith says it was a mind-blowing experience being courted by the Roosters.



    The Sydney Morning Herald reports Smith's management has told the Storm today he will join the Roosters in 2023.
