Ross Taylor has enjoyed a winning, wicket-taking finish to his 112-test cricket career

Ross Taylor has enjoyed a winning, wicket-taking finish to his 112-test cricket career

New Zealand have beaten Bangladesh by an innings and 117 runs to square the two-test series 1-all in Christchurch.

The match finished with the Black Caps great - a seldom-used bowler - removing No.11 Ebadot Hossain with his off-spin.

After deciding to bring Taylor into the attack and secure his third test wicket, captain Tom Latham took the final steepling catch.

Taylor says he took the advice of pace bowler and longest-serving teammate Tim Southee.

    Latham's 252 and six catches earned man-of-the-match.
