    Alize Cornet has caused a major upset in the women's singles draw at the Australian tennis Open


    She's beaten third seed Garbine Muguruza in straight sets 6-3, 6-3 in the tournament's second round in Melbourne.

    Cornet is elated with her victory.



    There's been another surprise result with women's sixth seed Anett Kontaveit going down to Dane Clara Tauson in straight sets.

    In more expected results... seventh seed Iga Swiatek has breezed through her match in straight sets.

    In the men's draw, fifth seed Andrey Rublev has won in straight sets.
