    High jumper Hamish Kerr's determined to launch himself to new heights this year after a breakthrough season in track and field.

    The 25 year old set a new personal best and finished 10th at Tokyo in his debut Olympics.

    Kerr's made a few technical tweaks which he hopes will take him to another level with the World Champs and Commonwealth Games on offer in 2022.



    Yet another sporting cancellation due to the country's shift to red.

    The Tarawera Ultramarathon, which was set to take place on February 12 won't be going ahead.
