Liverpool great Steven Gerrard has become the key to his former club's Premier League title hopes

Liverpool great Steven Gerrard has become the key to his former club's Premier League title hopes

The season concludes tomorrow morning, with the Reds needing victory over the Wolves and for table toppers Manchester City to lose to Gerrard-managed Aston Villa in order to claim the title.

The former England representative never won the Premier League in his 18 years at Liverpool.

Manager Jurgen Klopp says Gerrard will be bent on causing the upset.

All games get underway at 3 tomorrow morning.
