Kane Williamson's set to return as captain for New Zealand against England in the third cricket test starting tonight at Headingley, after recovering from Covid

He will replace Tom Latham, who has held the role for nine of the side's last 18 matches in the format.

Williamson has been asked about his hotel room behaviour during the Black Caps' compelling loss at Trent Bridge.

Williamson's likely to replace Michael Bracewell with Neil Wagner and presumably Ajaz Patel also returning, for Matt Henry and the injured Kyle Jamieson - on a flat-looking pitch.
