the latest Kantar One News opinion poll shows both Labour and National bleeding support to ACT

Support for both the main parties has dropped by 2 percent, but National on 37 maintains it's 4 point lead over Labour.

It's the same story for Jacinda Ardern and Chris Luxon, who've both seen their support drop 3 percentage points

Jacinda Ardern is on a rating of just 30 percent, while Chris Luxon is on 22.

ACT is up 4 to 11 and David Seymour's personal rating is up to to five.

The Greens dipped slightly to 9 percent, despite their leadership woes.
