Campaigners are calling for a solution to New Zealand's persistent gender pay gap

New Stats NZ figures show women's earnings have jumped nearly 10 per cent in the year to June ... but still lag behind those of men.
Mind the Gap wants the Government to require businesses with more than 50 employees to measure and report these figures.
Co-founder Dellwyn Stuart says we're living in a tight labour market where people value transparency.
She says people expect employers to be upfront about what their pay gap is, and what they're doing to fix it.
