    Christchurch City Councillors will wrap up its draft annual plan submissions hearings today


    They've been meeting to discuss what and how the council will spend on projects, and day-to-day services.

    The final day of hearings will include presentations from the Living Wage Movement and Dame Sue Bagshaw - who will discuss The Youth Hub.

    The public has made more than 800 submissions this year - a significant increase on the 515 received last year.
