The Prime Minister says they'll announce five healthcare targets today

It's the last thing to tick off on the Government's 49 point 100-day plan.

Many of the other actions were to begin work on changes - or reverse the previous Government's policies.

Christopher Luxon denied they're just announcements without actions and says there's a mixture of things.

He says there's practical things like fixing security in emergency departments -- and broader strategic stuff like addressing the Resource Management Act.
