    Roosters coach Trent Robinson is calling for a societal shift in the use of language between people following prop Spencer Leniu's suspension for a racial slur

    The forward will miss eight weeks after a remark delivered to Broncos playmaker Ezra Mam in the opening round.

    Robinson says the issue is much bigger than Leniu's isolated incident.

    He acknowledges that hurtful language that is no longer accepted in society is still commonplace.
