    Cordons are in place and some homes and businesses have been evacuated after an incident in Auckland's Kingsland


    Police say they were notified soon after 1pm of concerns for a person's wellbeing at a New North Road address.

    The road is blocked between Bond Street and Sandringham Road, and the intersection with Western Springs Road.

    Fire and Emergency and St John are also at the scene.
