A 33 year old man's been arrested after five arson attacks across Auckland, since July last year

Four fires were in Papakura - and one in a Newmarket train station's toilets one afternoon in August.

Four were at residential properties, causing considerable damage.

At one, an elderly occupant escaped without injury, alerted by a neighbour.
