    An investigation is underway to determine the cause of a fire at an unoccupied Wellington apartment building overnight


    Emergency services were called to the Tasman Gardens in Mount Cook, just after midnight.

    Five trucks arrived at the scene - with the blaze put out in a few hours.

    The building is leaky and earthquake-prone - and already set to be demolished.
