    Auckland Council has managed to score a trio of wins over three RMA breaches


    In the first case, Z Ali Investments Limited was fined 96 thousand dollars for felling a protected Norfolk Pine in Papatoetoe.

    A second case saw Robert Noe fined 20 thousand dollars and given 200 hours community work for illegal dumping in Helensville.

    The final case, Ronald Bank and Auckland Contouring and Fill Specialists were fined just over 40 thousand dollars - for doing earthworks without proper erosion and sediment control measures.
