Wellington Phoenix captain Alex Rufer isn't setting for just a top-two finish in football's A-League

Wellington Phoenix captain Alex Rufer isn't setting for just a top-two finish in football's A-League

His men have already achieved that but can go further tonight and seal the Premiers Plate, should they beat Macarthur FC and if second-placed Central Coast lose at Newcastle.

After starting the season tipped for the wooden spoon, Rufer says having every player believe in themselves has been key.

Kickoff in both big games is at 7.15pm.
