The clock is ticking to claim a 100-thousand-dollar reward for information identifying the killer of Auckland man Arthur Easton

The clock is ticking to claim a 100-thousand-dollar reward for information identifying the killer of Auckland man Arthur Easton

A male intruder stabbed Easton in a home invasion in Papakura in 1985 - Alan Hall wrongfully spent 19 years in jail for the crime.

The reward for useful information ends at midnight tonight.

Detective Inspector Warrick Adkin says Police have received close to 50 calls and emails in the past three months.

He says they're continuing to work through the information and remain determined to find the person responsible.
