New Zealand Cricket's high performance boss Bryan Stronach insists time will not be a motivating factor in either of the calls they're about to make about the Black Caps coach

New Zealand Cricket's high performance boss Bryan Stronach insists time will not be a motivating factor in either of the calls they're about to make about the Black Caps coach

Gary Stead has indicated he no longer wants to coach the side in limited overs formats and is contemplating whether he still wants to be the test coach.

At the same time, NZC is considering whether they are comfortable with a split coaching model for the first time.

Stronach himself is leaving the organisation once a replacement for his role has been found.
