    Sydney surgeon sues Google over negative reviews, but tech giant claims it is 'subordinate distributor'

    Tech giant Google claims a prominent Sydney plastic surgeon used "puffery and hyperbole" in his advertising, inviting those who reviewed him online to criticise him in a "robust" manner.
