Parkvale Mushrooms grows gourmet brown mushrooms, these have a dense flesh and are very tasty. We grow large flats or portobellos and over the last year have established a new venture pickling our small brown button mushrooms. These have a superb texture and a spicy brine that leaves a pleasant flavour on the palate. They are most enjoyable with cheese and a glass of wine or beer.
