Only one in five New Zealand employees are loyal to their current employer

Only one in five New Zealand employees are loyal to their current employer

    29 June 2024
A workforce report by Scitex shows 78 percent are actively seeking new opportunities or roles.

The report also outlines the hangover from the pandemic that we're still seeing four years on.

Spokesperson Gareth Robertson says peoples desire for change is understandable given the state of the economy.

He says when you put it in context with the increased cost of living, it makes sense that people want new opportunities.
