Pamu, formerly Landcorp, is forecasting a higher net operating profit than earlier predictions - after concerns were raised in a Treasury report and letter of expectations.
Act has floated the idea of asset sales, which the Prime Minister has ruled out this term.
Chief Executive Mark Leslie says Pamu is looking at future possibilities.
He says the Crown would like to release some capital - but they're being upfront it may be complex.
