Premier Daniel Andrews today announced a plan to ease Covid-19 restrictions starting next month.
It includes an easing of restrictions at the end of October when 70 per cent are fully vaccinated - and a further easing in November when 80 per cent are vaccinated.
The modelling also projects Covid-19 case peaks.
Andrews says cases will peak mid-December at 4500, hospitalisations will peak near the end of December at 3150 and in January deaths will peak at 2200.
