Raukumara to Whirinaki ranges
Showers, possibly heavy, with snow above 1400 metres, clearing tomorrow evening.
Tongariro to Tararua Range, including Kaimanawa Forest Park
Rain with snow above 1000 metres at first. Rain turning to snow tonight,
possibly heavy, then clearing from late tomorrow morning.
Egmont National Park
Snow showers clearing by tomorrow afternoon.
South of Taupo strong southeasterlies, tending southwest tomorrow morning.
Elsewhere Northwesterlies, strong in exposed places, tending southwest tomorrow
1400 metres, sloping to 900 metres in the south, lowering to 800 metres but 600
metres in the south tomorrow.
Kahurangi and Nelson Lakes National Parks
Scattered showers with snow to 900 metres, possibly thundery in the north,
clearing this evening then mainly fine. However, isolated showers tomorrow
afternoon and evening.

Mount Aspiring and Fiordland
Cloud and showers developing in Fiordland this evening, spreading north late
Light winds. Westerlies spread north from this evening strengthening tomorrow.
800 metres rising to 1100 metres tomorrow.
