Bay of Plenty and the central high country Mainly fine.
Gisborne and Hawke's Bay Fine at first, but cloudy periods and isolated showers developing this evening. Showers clearing tomorrow morning.
Wellington, Wairarapa, Marlborough and Nelson Fine in Nelson. Cloudy periods and a few showers elsewhere, clearing to mainly fine overnight.
Buller to Westland Fine, apart from a few showers in Buller and Grey till around midday tomorrow.
Canterbury Mainly fine.
