The NZ Sharemarket fell slightly yesterday with the NZX50 down -0.03% percent (-5.01 points) from previous close to end the day at 12,754. The most actively traded stock on the NZSE, with over 1.7 million shares changing hands was Spark New Zealand Ltd , closing the day up 1% from it's opening to $2.81. The next biggest trader was Air New Zealand Ltd (NS) (56.75c) with over 1.4 million shares being traded. Falls outweighed rises by 150 to 111, with the biggest loser being Solution Dynamics Ltd (up 0%), while the star of the day was New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd (. |
