The NZ Sharemarket dropped sharply yesterday with the NZX50 down -1.51% percent (-184.63 points) from previous close to end the day at 12,201. The most actively traded stock on the bourse, with over 647 thousand shares changing hands was Stride Prop & Stride Invest Mgmt Ltd Stapled Security (NS), closing the day up 2% from it's opening to $1.15. The next biggest trader was Spark New Zealand Ltd ($2.04) with over 606 thousand shares being traded.
